1. Who you're dealing with

- We aim for accuracy in product descriptions, sizes, and photographs, but minor variation in colour or finish may occur due to monitor settings or fabric batches.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or stock errors before dispatching an order. If we do, we'll contact you with the option to confirm or cancel.
4. Orders & payment
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provided at checkout.
- We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and netbanking through Razorpay. We do not store card data.
- We may decline an order at our discretion — for example, if the product is out of stock, the address looks fraudulent, or we've had previous payment failures from the same account. In that case your payment is refunded in full.

7. Use of the site

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or government action.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
