We ship pan-India free of charge on every order, no minimum. This page covers timelines, courier partners, and what to do if something goes wrong on the way.
1. Where we ship
We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India. International shipping is not currently offered. If your PIN code is non-serviceable, we'll let you know and refund the order in full.
2. Shipping cost
Free on every order. No minimum order value, no flat-rate fallback, no hidden charges at checkout.
3. Dispatch time
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, on business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
4. Delivery time
Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch for metro cities, and 5–7 business days for non-metro and remote PIN codes. Delays during peak season, monsoon, or local disruption are outside our control but we'll keep you posted.
5. Courier partners
We ship via [ADMIN: courier partners, e.g. Delhivery / Bluedart / Shiprocket]. You'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS once the parcel is picked up.
6. Tracking your order
The shipment confirmation email contains a tracking link. If you haven't received it within 48 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder and then email hello@fitform.in with your order number.
7. Address accuracy
Please double-check your address and PIN code at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the recipient was unreachable, we'll contact you to either re-ship (you cover the second leg of shipping) or refund the order minus the original outbound shipping cost we incurred.
8. Failed delivery / RTO
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to us (RTO). We'll reach out before re-shipping or refunding.
9. Damaged in transit
If the outer box looks damaged at the door, please refuse the parcel or take a photo before opening. Email hello@fitform.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — see our refund policy.
10. Cash-on-delivery
Not currently available. All orders are pre-paid via Razorpay.
